By accessing or using Calmify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Calmify provides an integrated editorial workspace for planning, creating, researching, scheduling, and publishing blog articles across connected digital publishing channels. Features include editorial calendars, topic pipeline management, AI-assisted drafting, and direct publishing integrations.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use the workspace, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security compromise.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights in and to the articles, topics, text, and media you manage within Calmify. We do not claim ownership of any content you create.

Limited License: You grant Calmify a limited, non-exclusive license strictly necessary to host, process, format, and transmit your content to fulfill your editorial requests (such as generating drafts or dispatching posts to your websites).

Calmify Property: The Calmify application, brand, design system, code, and documentation are the exclusive property of Calmify and its licensors.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or terms of third-party platforms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, systems, or networks.

6. Third-Party Integrations & External Publishing

The Service integrates with external platforms, such as WordPress sites and third-party AI providers. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid authorization, licenses, and credentials for any destination website you connect. Calmify is not responsible for outages, policy enforcement, or modifications made by third-party platforms.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimers

We strive to maintain high reliability and performance. However, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calmify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business reputation, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the Service or other users.
